SMS credit bundle pricing
Credits are purchased in bundles. The cost per bundle depends on your region and the volume of credits you wish to purchase.
Note: SMS credits in Commusoft do not expire. Once purchased, they remain in your account until they are used, ensuring your investment remains intact without time restrictions.

How to enable or change your SMS bundle
To enable SMS for the first time or to change your existing bundle, you must contact the support team. Simply raise a request in a new chat via the support widget in your account, or send an email to [email protected].
Tip: When contacting support, please specify which bundle size you would like to start with.
Note: If you are setting up a brand new account, you can also enable this feature during the initial setup wizard.
How the credit system works
SMS messages are paid for using credits purchased in bundles. The system automatically renews your balance to ensure you never run out of credits.
Purchase an initial credit bundle: The minimum package is 100 credits. By default, you will be set up with the 100-credit bundle unless you request a different package.
Use credits for sending SMS messages: Credits are deducted as you send messages. Each SMS credit covers a message of up to 160 characters.
Important: If a message exceeds this limit, it is split into segments of 153 characters and will be charged as multiple messages.
For example, a message of 165 characters exceeds the single-credit limit. It will be split into two segments (153 + 12 characters) and cost 2 credits.
Automatic renewal: When your credit balance drops to 50% of your bundle's total, the system automatically renews it.
Invoicing and payment: An invoice for the new bundle is automatically generated and emailed to you. The amount is added to your next scheduled direct debit payment, so no immediate action is required.
Invoices raised for bundles will be added to the Billing section in your Commusoft account as soon as they are raised.
