Add-ons are optional extras you can purchase to enhance your Commusoft account. Each add-on unlocks additional capabilities on top of your Core plan, such as sending SMS messages to your customers or accessing advanced vehicle tracking. You can browse and purchase add-ons directly within Commusoft.
What add-ons are available
The following add-ons are currently available:
SMS+: Send SMS communications to your customers, including appointment confirmations, on the way messages, proposals, and invoices
Fleet+: Enhance the vehicle tracking included in your plan with advanced driver behavior reports, geofencing, and automated maintenance alerts
Sales+: Manage your sales pipeline with lead capture, automated follow-ups, and revenue tracking
Postcode+: Search by postcode to fill in verified UK addresses from Royal Mail's Postcode Address File when adding customers, work addresses, and suppliers (UK clients only)
Some add-ons build on features already included in your Core plan. For example, Fleet+ extends the standard Fleet features you already have access to.

Note: Available add-ons may change over time. The Add ons screen in your settings always shows the current list.

No, you can't turn off an add-on part way through your billing period. Add-ons stay active until your renewal period, which is when you review all of your add-ons and make changes if needed.

Fleet features such as vehicle tracking are included as part of your Commusoft plan. Fleet+ is an optional add-on that extends them with advanced capabilities like driver behavior reports and geofencing. The Fleet+ detail page in your settings explains the full differences.

If you're on a Legacy plan, SMS+ is currently the only add-on available to purchase. All other add-ons, including Fleet+, Sales+, and Postcode+, require a current Commusoft plan.
