See your appointments day by day and check another team member's diary.
The Diary tab shows your appointments. It opens on today, with a strip of dates across the top so you can move between days.
If your phone is set to US English, you'll see Schedule instead of Diary.
Finding your appointments
âĄď¸ Tap Diary
Each appointment shows the job type, the customer's name, the address and the time. Tap one to open the job.
If there is nothing booked, the day reads There's no appointment made on this date.
Tip: The date strip shows five days at a time. Swipe it sideways to reach dates further ahead or behind.
Viewing someone else's diary
At the top left the diary shows Viewing followed by a name â normally your own.
Tap the name.
Choose the person whose diary you want to see.
Note: You can only choose someone else if your role is Senior engineer or above. On the Engineer with diary role, you see and manage only your own appointments. If you cannot see a colleague's diary, ask your office to check your role.
Adding a normal event to your diary
Tap the + button at the bottom right of your diary to add a normal event, such as a team meeting or a training session.

Common questions
Why can't I see another technician's diary?
Seeing another person's diary starts at the Senior engineer role. Ask your office to check your role.
Why does my app say Schedule instead of Diary?
The label follows your phone's language settings. If your phone is set to US English, the tab is called Schedule. It works the same way.
Can I see future appointments?
Yes. Swipe the date strip at the top to move forward through the days. How far ahead and behind you can go is set per user by your office.
Can I change an appointment in my diary?
That depends on your role. From Engineer with diary upwards you can add and edit your own appointments, and from Senior engineer upwards you can manage appointments for the whole team. Once you have travelled to an appointment, it can no longer be edited.
Why has a job disappeared from my diary?
The most common reasons are that the office has moved it to another day or another person, or that the appointment has been aborted. Check with your office, and confirm your app has synced.
