Define the rules for scheduling vehicle checks and when they must be completed in the mobile app.
You'll need a configured vehicle check to set up your templates.
View settings
➡️ Navigate to your Profile icon > Settings > Fleet management > Vehicle check templates > View
Use the search bar to quickly find specific templates within the list.
Add new vehicle check template

Step 1: Basic details
Template name: Enter a name for the vehicle check template (e.g., "Weekly Safety Inspection").
Step 2: Schedule
Create the schedule for weekly and/or monthly checks based on operational requirements.
Weekly Schedule
➡️ Click to add your first schedule
Select day(s): Choose one or more days of the week to perform vehicle checks.
Repeats: Specify how often the vehicle check should be conducted.
Form required: Select the Vehicle check form from the drop-down list.
First appointment check: Indicate if the vehicle check is required before the engineer’s first appointment by selecting Yes or No.
Missed check deadline: Specify the number of working days after which a vehicle check is considered Missed.
To configure more intervals, click Add another weekly schedule.
Monthly Schedule
➡️ Click to add your first schedule
Type of monthly schedule: Choose either Calendar Date or Day of the Month for scheduling.
Calendar Date: Select one or more calendar days for the vehicle check (e.g., the 5th and 15th of every month).
Day of the Month: Configure checks based on the week and day (e.g., "First Wednesday" or "Last Friday" of the month).
Form required: Select the Vehicle check form from the drop-down list.
First appointment check: Indicate if the vehicle check is required before the engineer’s first appointment by selecting Yes or No.
Missed check deadline: Specify the number of working days after which a vehicle check is considered Missed.
To configure more intervals, click Add another monthly schedule.
Managing templates
Edit template
➡️ Actions > Edit > Amend details > Save
Delete geo-fence
➡️ Actions > Delete > Type Delete > Confirm
