Set up vehicle reminders to notify staff when administrative tasks for vehicles are required, for example, insurance renewal, to ensure timely action is taken for important vehicle related tasks.
View setting
➡️ Navigate to your Profile icon > Settings > Fleet management > Vehicle reminders > View
Use the search bar to quickly find specific reminders within the list.
Add new reminder

Step 1: Basic details
Reminder: Enter a name for the reminder (e.g., "Insurance renewal").
Time interval: Specify the frequency of the reminder:
Enter a number
Choose the interval unit (Weekly, Monthly, or Yearly).
Reminder shows up: Set how early the reminder should appear before the due date:

Choose the interval unit (Weekly, Monthly, or Yearly).
Mark as Required: Enable this option if the reminder is mandatory for vehicles.
Step 2: Notifications
Email notification
Set up email alerts to notify the appropriate recipients when engineers do not meet departure rules.
Who should receive notifications:
Users: Send the notification to the chosen user names only.
Roles: Send the notification to all users on the chosen roles.
Everyone: All users receive the notification.
None: Disable this notification type.
Email template: Select an appropriate email template to use for this notification.
Add new template: Create a new template to use if you have not done so already.
Notification
Enable global notifications for in-system alerts.
Who should receive notifications:
Users: Send the notification to the chosen user names only.
Roles: Send the notification to all users on the chosen roles.
None: No one receives the notification.
Managing reminders
Drag and drop records to sort using the
icon.
Edit status
➡️ Edit > Amend reminder details > Save
A reminder cannot be edited if in use.
Delete status
➡️ Delete > Type Delete > Confirm
If the reminder is in use, it cannot be deleted. Instead, consider archiving it for historical purposes.
