Prefix added to customer telephone numbers.

This setting allows you to add a prefix to the phone number, this will allow you to hide your engineer's phone number from your customer if need be.

This setting is available by request only.

Enable the 141 Prefix

  1. Click your Profile Icon in the top-right corner.

  2. Go to Settings.

  3. In the left-hand menu, scroll to and select Communications.

  4. Find the setting named Prefix added to customer telephone numbers.

  5. Click View.

  6. Enter 141 in the prefix field.

  7. Click Save to apply the changes.
