Adding different types of phone numbers, such as work or secondary contacts, helps manage multiple points of communication with customers. This setting enables you to create custom types of phone numbers for streamlined customer interactions.

Enter a description for the new phone type
Click Save
Managing Titles
Editing Titles
âĄď¸ Edit > Amend > Save
Deleting Titles
âĄď¸ Delete > Type Delete > Delete
The "Landline" and "Mobile" phone types are default and cannot be deleted.
