Creating SMS templates in advance helps you save time and maintain consistency across communications. Pre-designed templates eliminate the need to write messages from scratch, while maximising character limits and allowing tagging, such as portal links.
View setting

Organising folders and templates
You can create, edit, and categorise SMS templates for different purposes, such as appointments, reminders, portal links, service reminders, and more.
Add new folder
You have the flexibility to create as many folders as you require, and within each folder, you can further organise your SMS templates by creating subfolders.

Create a top-tier folder
Create a subfolder within an existing folder.
You can create a maximum of 5 subfolders under a top-tier folder.
Add new template
SMS template settings allow users to customise and manage templates for text messages.
➡️ Add new SMS template
Folder: Select where the template should be stored.
Name: Provide a clear name.
Message: Convey the purpose of the message.
Use the required tagging to personalize the message based on the template’s usage.
Click Save.
Any template you create can be used across communications for jobs, estimates, contracts, proposals, service reminders and more.
Moving Templates and Folders
Move templates
➡️Select the checkbox > Drag and drop into the desired folder.
Move folders
➡️Drag and drop one folder into another.
Managing folders and templates
You can easily manage the templates you've created.
Edit an SMS Template
➡️ Click Edit > Amend > Save
Delete an SMS Template
➡️ Click Delete > Type "Delete" > Delete
Archive an SMS Template
➡️ Click Delete > Type "Archive " > Archive
SMS templates cannot be deleted once they are assigned to any communications; only archiving is allowed.
Edit Folder
➡️ Locate the folder > Edit > Change the folder name > Save
Delete Folder
➡️ Locate the folder > Delete > Type Delete > Delete
Folders containing active or archived templates cannot be deleted.
