This setting enables you to create customizable templates with specific questions and information that connect to job descriptions. This helps gather precise information for each job type, offering flexibility in workflows and data collection.


View Setting

➡️ Profile Icon > Settings > Job Arrive Workflow Templates


Adding an Arrive Workflow Template

➡️ Click "Add New Arrive Workflow Template".

  1. Enter Description

  2. Click Save


Configuring Arrive Workflow Template

➡️ Click "Configure" next to the saved template to start creating the questions.

Mobile experience

  1. Signature on Arrival

    1. Choose one of the options based on your needs.

      • No – No I do not want to setup job arrival signature message

      • Yes – Yes I want to set up a job arrival signature message

    2. Click Save.

  2. Questions

    1. Create Survey Questions: Use drag-and-drop to add the inputs and build out the template.

      • Add New Page: Enter the "Page Type" and "Page Name"

      • Additional Settings: Utilize "Options," "Defaults," or "Dependencies" to input related information.

    2. Click Save.


Managing Arrive Workflow Templates

Download a Arrive Workflow Templates

➡️Click Download > .zip will be saved to your downloads folder

Clone a Arrive Workflow Templates

➡️ Click Clone > Type "Clone" > Clone

Edit a Arrive Workflow Templates

➡️Click Edit > Amend > Edit

Do not edit active templates as this could stop data syncing from the mobile app to the web. Clone the template > Make your edits > Archive the previous template.

Delete a Arrive Workflow Templates

➡️Click Delete > Type "Delete" > Click Delete

Archive a Arrive Workflow Templates

➡️Click Delete > Type "archive" > Click Archive

If a template has been used on a job you can only archive it. Archiving a template won’t remove it from ongoing appointments


Advanced Options

➡️Click "Choose file, upload arrive workflow template"

  1. Locate the template on your PC

  2. Click to select

  3. Save


If no workflows are configured for a job description or they fail to sync due to lack of signal the system defaults to the basic signature/question settings we therefore recommend you have these set up as a failsafe.
