The Engineer Job Sheet Email Template setting allows you to customize the default email used when sending job sheets to engineers. The template can include specific content, formatting, and other details essential for effective email communication regarding job sheets.


View Setting

➡️ Profile icon > Settings > Schedule and dispatch > Engineer job sheet email template > View

The default email template will be displayed. If you wish to make changes:

  1. Edit the email content as required.

  2. Use tagging to personalise the email.

  3. Click 'Save' to apply changes.

If you are satisfied with the default email, simply click 'Save.'


Sending/Printing Engineer Job Sheets

Sending or printing engineer job sheets is useful when an engineer is not using the mobile application. You can view, send, or print single or multiple job sheets for the day, week, two weeks, or month based on the diary view.


Sending Engineer Job Sheet via Email

➡️ Navigate to the Diary tab.

  1. Select the required diary event.

  2. Go to the Engineer Job Sheet section.

  3. Click Send to open the settings.

  4. Fill in the necessary details for sending an email:

    • Send method: Choose 'Email,' 'SMS,' or 'Print.' Select Email for this instance.

    • When to send: Use the dropdown to set the time for sending the email.

    • Recipient: Select the assigned engineer from the dropdown list.

    • Subject: The default email subject (from the Engineer Job Sheet Email Template) will be displayed.

    • Message: The default email body content (from the Engineer Job Sheet Email Template) will be displayed.

  5. Click Send email to email the job sheet to the assigned engineer.

You can edit the email subject and message directly within the 'Send engineer job sheet' interface if necessary.

Printing Engineer Job Sheet via Email

➡️ Navigate to the Diary tab.

  1. Select the required diary event.

  2. Go to the Engineer Job Sheet section.

  3. Click "View job sheet"

  4. Click "Print"
