A Job No Access Message can be sent to both customers and work addresses when an engineer is unable to access the property to complete a job. This tool minimizes idle time for technicians, ensures concise communication with customers, and provides a clear reason for any access issues.

View Settings

➡️ Navigate to your Profile Icon > Settings > Schedule and Dispatch > Job No Access Email Template > View

  1. Choose one option

    1. Automatically send message to the customer

    2. Don't send a message to the customer

  2. Set Customer communications

    1. Select the preferred notification method from the options on the left.

    2. Add a subject line (email only)

    3. Fill in the message in the provided text box for each method.

      1. Use taggingto personalize the message with job-specific details such as customer name, job location, and scheduled times.

  3. Set Work address communications

    1. Select the preferred notification method from the options on the left.

    2. Add a subject line (email only)

    3. Fill in the message in the provided text box for each method.

      1. Use taggingto personalize the message with job-specific details such as customer name, job location, and scheduled times.

  4. Click Save
