Setting up the Integration
This step connects your Commusoft mobile app to the PartsArena Pro app so you can seamlessly add parts to jobs.
On your mobile device, open the Commusoft app and select the job you’d like to use with PartsArena.
Tap on the Parts tab, then click the plus (+) icon to add a part as normal.
If you have PartsArena installed, you’ll see an option to "Add parts from PartsArena". Tap this to launch the PartsArena Pro app.
Description and MPN (Manufacturer Part Number) import directly from PartsArena.
Log into PartsArena Pro and browse to the part(s) you want. Add them to your picklist.
In the picklist view, tap the share icon at the top of the screen.
Choose Third-party application, then tap Share.
You’ll return to Commusoft. You’ll be asked if you want to add the shared parts to the job. Tap Yes to confirm.

💭 Do I need a PartsArena Pro account to use the integration?
Yes. The integration only works with an active PartsArena Pro subscription.
💭 Can I use this on desktop?
No. The integration only works on mobile devices that have both the Commusoft and PartsArena apps installed.
💭 Will the price of the imported parts match what's in Commusoft?
If the MPN and description match an existing part, Commusoft will use its stored price. If it's a new part, the price will default to zero and can be updated manually.
