Setting Up Your Integration

Follow the steps below to connect your Commusoft account with your SFG20 credentials and begin importing task templates.

Step 1: Connect to SFG20

  1. Go to your Profile icon > Integrations

  2. Select Productivity > SFG20

  3. Click Add Integration

  4. Click Continue


Step 2: Authorise with SFG20

  1. Enter your Client Key and Secret Key provided by SFG20

  2. Click Continue


Step 3: Add a Task/Schedule Template to Commusoft

This step links SFG20 task libraries to your Commusoft system so they can be used within contracts.

  1. Search the template name

  2. Press Enter

  3. Click Add to template

  4. Click Continue​


Step 4: Configure or Edit a Template in Commusoft

➡️ Profile icon > Settings

  1. Navigate to Contracts

  2. Click view on Planned preventative maintenance templates

  3. Select a template to view or edit if its linked SFG20 data​


Add more templates to Commusoft

➡️ Profile icon > Integrations > Productivity > SFG20

  1. Click Manage Integration

  2. Select Add new record

  3. Search template name and hit Enter

  4. Select Add to template

  5. Click Continue


Disconnect

➡️Profile icon > Integrations > Productivity > SFG20

  1. Click Disconnect

  2. Type "disconnect" to confirm

  3. Disconnect


Frequently Asked Questions

💭 What if I update a template in SFG20?
You will need to delete the template in Commusoft and re-import it through the integration.

💭Can I update task templates inside Commusoft?
You can adjust visibility and apply custom scheduling, but base task content must be updated through SFG20.
