Fill your arrive and job report fields from your voice, saving typing time and reducing spelling mistakes on site.
AI:den is your voice assistant for the arrive and leave questions and the job report. Instead of typing long descriptions while you're on site, you can speak into your device. AI:den listens to what you say, then sorts it into the right fields for you. You save time, skip the typing and avoid spelling mistakes.
AI:den only appears when AI is switched on for your company, and on the new arrive and leave questions screens.
How to use AI:den
Use AI:den on the arrive questions when you first get to an appointment, on the job report, and on the leave questions at the end of a job.
Open the arrive questions, job report or leave questions in the mobile app, as you normally would.
Press and hold the AI:den button at the top of the screen.
Keep holding and speak your update clearly. Describe the work you completed, the parts you used, and any recommendations you gave the customer.
Let go when you've finished. AI:den fills in the matching fields on the page you're on. Each field it fills is highlighted and marked with a star.
Review every answer. To fix or add anything, tap the field and edit it yourself.
Complete the rest of your report and tap Save.
Tip: Always review AI:den's answers before saving. The star and highlight show you exactly which fields to check.
Important: Once the customer signs, the report is locked and the AI:den button is hidden. Use AI:den and check the report before you hand over the phone.
When you'll need to fill it in manually
AI:den can't capture everything. Enter these items yourself every time:
Signatures

Measurements
Timeframes
Important: AI:den needs an active internet connection. If you're offline or lose signal, a red Disconnected. Check your network message appears at the bottom of the screen. You'll need to fill in the report manually until your connection returns.

You don't have to use AI:den. You can complete any field by hand, and you can mix the two: speak part of your update and type the rest. AI:den only fills the fields it can match from what you say, so you complete anything else as usual.

You can't see the AI:den button unless AI is switched on for your company and you're on the new arrive and leave questions screens. It's also hidden once the customer has signed, because the report is locked. Ask your office if you think it should be there.
