Using the Analytics Marketplace

Learn how to browse the Analytics Marketplace to quickly add pre-built widgets and tabular reports to your Analytics dashboard.

Available on: All-in-One / Go Paperless and above

The Analytics Marketplace is a library of professionally configured reporting tools built around the metrics field service businesses commonly track.

Adding content from the Marketplace is the fastest way to get meaningful data into your account without having to build anything from scratch.

➡️ Click Analytics in the nav bar

Add a Marketplace widget

Widgets visualize your data on a dashboard. To add a pre-built widget, you must access the Marketplace directly from the dashboard where you want the widget to live.

  1. Click Add from marketplace inside any empty widget slot.

  2. Use the category panel on the left (e.g., Invoicing and profitability) to filter the options, or use the search bar at the top to find a specific metric.

  3. Review the widget cards. Each card displays a chart preview and a short description explaining what the widget tracks.

  4. Click Add widget on the card you want to use.

Note: A single dashboard can hold a maximum of 27 widgets.

Add a Marketplace tabular report

Tabular reports display row-by-row data. To add a pre-built tabular report, you must access the Marketplace from your reports list.

  1. Click the Menu icon

  2. Under Reports, create a folder or hover over an existing folder where you want to save the report.

  3. Click the three dots icon next to the folder name.

  4. Click Add from Marketplace.

  5. Use the category panel on the left or the search bar to find a specific report.

  6. Click Add Tabular on the report card you want to use.

What happens next?

When you add a widget, it drops immediately onto your dashboard and connects to your live data with no further configuration required. When you add a tabular report, it is saved directly into your chosen folder, ready to be viewed or downloaded.

If you are unsure where to go next, return to the main Analytics guide to see all available workflows.

Common questions

Why does a widget card in the Marketplace have a tick icon on it?

If a widget card displays a tick icon, it means that specific widget has already been added to your current dashboard.

Can I change the data source of a Marketplace widget or report?

No. While you can edit the filters, metrics, and groupings of a Marketplace item after adding it, the primary data source is locked. If you need a different data source, you must build a custom widget or report from scratch.
