Common questions

Can I set BCC for specific emails only?

No, you cannot set BCC for specific emails only. The BCC setting applies to every email sent system-wide, including all automated communications like service reminders. Because this can result in a high volume of messages, we highly recommend setting up a rule within your email client to automatically route these emails into a dedicated folder so they do not overcrowd your main inbox.

Why isn't my BCC working when I add multiple email addresses?

If your BCC isn't working when you add multiple email addresses, it is likely due to a formatting error. You must separate each email address with a comma (,) only. If any spaces are included between the email addresses, the formatting becomes invalid and the BCC will not work.
