Mobile app users can log their working hours, such as start time, breaks, and end time, using the timecard widget available on the app’s home screen. These time entries are automatically compiled into a weekly timesheet report, allowing office staff to review, edit, and approve them as needed.
By centralising this information, timesheet approval helps ensure payroll accuracy, supports efficient scheduling, and improves project tracking. It also enables performance analysis by providing insight into how time is spent across teams.

Timesheet Report
The Timesheet Approval report displays a weekly breakdown of logged hours by user. From here, office users can approve or delete timecards submitted by engineers using the mobile app.
A number in each day indicates the number of times the timecard is updated.
Filters
You can apply a date filter to view all timesheets logged for your users during the week, reducing the data if there are many weeks awaiting review.
The quick filters allow switching between pending and approved timesheets. You can also archive these historical timesheets if they are no longer required. Once an approved timesheet has been archived, it can no longer be viewed.
Add new timecard
While timecards are typically logged via the mobile app, you can also manually input timecards through the web.
➡️ Add new daily timecard
User: Select a user name from the dropdown.
Start date/time: Set when the user’s shift began.
End date/time: Set when the user’s shift ended.
Click "Save" to record the timecard.
Adding Breaks
You can log breaks within the same timecard entry:
Click the ➕ plus icon to add a break.
Break start time: Choose when the break began.
Break end time: Choose when the break ended.
Delete: Click the trash icon to remove a break if entered incorrectly. You can add multiple breaks for a single shift if required.
Breaks must be logged within the overall shift time (between the selected start and end times).
