Available on: Go Paperless and above
Add-on required: Fleet+
The Fleet leaderboard brings your driving stats into the mobile app. From your Home screen you can see how safely you've been driving and how you compare with the rest of your team. It's view-only — a quick snapshot, with nothing to set up or tap through.
How to use the Fleet leaderboard
➡️ Open the app and tap your Home screen
The Fleet leaderboard appears as two cards:
How is your driving today?
How's your driving compared to others.
Note: The Fleet leaderboard is view-only. You can see your stats but can't change them from the app.
Your driving summary
The How is your driving today? card shows your own driving stats, pulled from your vehicle's GPS tracker.
It includes:
Total mileage: The distance you've driven, shown in kilometres
Acceleration: Number of harsh acceleration incidents
Braking: Number of harsh braking incidents
Cornering: Number of sharp cornering incidents
Speeding: Number of speeding incidents
A count of zero still shows as "0 incidents", so you can always see where you stand.
How you rank against your team
The How's your driving compared to others card shows a leaderboard of technicians, ranked from safest to least safe. Your score is a penalty score based on harsh driving, so a lower score is better — the safest driver, with the lowest score, takes 1st place.
The top 3 appear at the top, each with a medal badge for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place, plus their photo, name, and score
Everyone else appears in a numbered list below, with their rank, photo, name, and score
Your own row is highlighted and labelled (You), so you can spot your position at a glance
You'll always see the top 3, plus your own position and the technicians ranked closest to you — so the full team list isn't always shown.

Can I change my score or hide my stats?
Can I change my score or hide my stats?
No, you can't change your score or hide your stats. The Fleet leaderboard is view-only — it's a snapshot of your driving, calculated automatically from your GPS tracker data.
What counts as an incident?
What counts as an incident?
An incident is a harsh driving event picked up by your vehicle's GPS tracker — harsh acceleration, harsh braking, sharp cornering, or speeding. For a full breakdown of how each event is measured, see the Safe Driver Leaderboard article.
Why don't I see every technician in the list?
Why don't I see every technician in the list?
The leaderboard always shows the top 3 technicians, plus your own position and those ranked closest to you. This keeps the list short and relevant, so you won't always see every technician on your team.
How often do my stats update?
How often do my stats update?
Your stats aren't updated automatically. The cards pull live data each time you open the Home screen, and you can pull down to refresh them at any time. You'll need an internet connection to load the latest figures — with no connection, the cards won't show new data.
How is my driving score worked out?
How is my driving score worked out?
Your score is a penalty score calculated from your GPS tracker data — harsh acceleration, braking, cornering, and speeding all add points. A lower score means safer driving, so the lower your score, the higher you rank. The same scoring is used across Commusoft. For the full breakdown of how it's worked out, see the Safe Driver Leaderboard article.
