Updating your billing contact

Change who receives your Commusoft billing emails and invoices.

User role required: Financial office staff and above

Your billing contact is the person who receives an email notification whenever Commusoft issues a new invoice. You can change this contact at any time from your billing dashboard.


Key benefits

  • Reach the right people: Route invoice notifications to whoever manages your billing — such as your accounts or finance team — even if they don't use Commusoft day to day.

  • No login required: Your billing contact doesn't need a Commusoft account, so there's no extra user to set up.


Changing your billing contact

➡️ Click your Profile icon > Billing

The page opens on the Overview tab, where you'll find the Billing contact panel.

  1. In the Billing contact panel, click Edit.

  2. In the Edit billing contact panel, enter the contact's Name and Email.

  3. Click Save.
