Postcode lookup credit bundle pricing
Credits are purchased in bundles. The cost per bundle depends on the volume of credits you wish to purchase.

The postcode lookup feature is currently only available in the UK.
Credits in Commusoft do not expire. Once purchased, they remain in your account until they are used, ensuring your investment remains intact without time restrictions.

How to enable or change your postcode lookup bundle
To enable postcode lookups for the first time or to change your existing bundle, you must contact the support team. Simply raise a request via the support menu in your account.
Tips
When contacting support, please specify which bundle size you would like to start with.
If you are setting up a brand new account, you can also enable this feature during the initial setup wizard.
How the credit system works
Postcode lookups are paid for using credits purchased in bundles. The system automatically renews your balance to ensure you never run out of credits.
Purchase an initial credit bundle: The minimum package is 100 credits. By default, you will be set up with the 100-credit bundle unless you request a different package.
Use credits for performing postcode lookups: Credits are deducted as you use the feature to look up addresses.
Automatic renewal: When your credit balance drops to 50% of your bundle's total, the system automatically renews it.
Invoicing and payment: An invoice for the new bundle is automatically generated and emailed to you. The amount is added to your next scheduled direct debit payment, so no immediate action is required.
Invoices raised for bundles will be added to the Billing section in your Commusoft account as soon as they are raised.
