Postcode Lookup is an optional, chargeable add-on that allows you to quickly and accurately capture customer address details directly within Commusoft. You can enable this feature when you first open your account in the setup wizard, or at any time after upon request through our support team.
The feature is managed through a simple credit system. Credits are purchased in bundles, and the system automatically renews your balance to ensure you never run out, keeping your administrative workflows efficient.

How the credit system works
Postcode lookups are paid for using credits. The system is designed to be hassle-free, with an automatic renewal feature to ensure you always have credits available.
Purchase an initial credit bundle.
Use credits for performing postcode lookups.
When your credit balance drops to 50% of your bundle's total, the system automatically renews it.
An invoice for the new bundle is generated and emailed to you. The amount is added to your next scheduled direct debit payment, so no immediate action is required.
Invoices raised for bundles on your account will be added to the billing section in your Commusoft account as soon as they are raised.
How to enable or change your Postcode Lookup bundle

💭 When does my credit bundle renew?
Your credit bundle will automatically renew when your balance reaches 50% of your total package size. For example, a 500-credit bundle will renew when your balance drops to 250 credits.
