Set the name your customers will see when you send them SMS messages from Commusoft. This helps them easily recognise who the message is from. If your full company name doesn’t fit, use a shortened or abbreviated version that’s still clearly identifiable.
How to Set or Edit Your SMS Name
Click the Profile button in the top-right corner of the screen.
Select Settings from the dropdown menu.
Use the Search bar or browse the Categories menu on the left to find SMS name.
In the SMS name field, enter the name you want your customers to see.
The name must be 11 characters or fewer
Only letters and numbers are allowed (no spaces)
Special characters are not permitted (e.g., @, #, %, &)
Click Save to apply the name.
