BCC (Blind Carbon Copy) helps maintain a record of all incoming and outgoing emails within Commusoft. By using this feature, you can ensure your email keeps a consistent log of communications related to your Commusoft system.
How to enable BCC
➡️ Click the Profile icon > Settings > Communication> Select BCC Emails.
Adding your Email
Enter your email address into the BCC field.
To BCC more than one email address, separate each address with a comma (
,) in the field.Click Save to activate BCC.
