Understanding your schedule settings ensures that jobs are displayed clearly and accurately, reducing confusion, especially when job or appointment statuses change after creation.

Schedule Settings Options

Calendar Display Density

Select how prominently calendar appointments appear in your schedule.

  • Compact: Small, concise display.

  • Standard: Default display size.

  • Expanded: Larger, more prominent view.

Overlap Appointments

Enable this feature to allow multiple appointments to be scheduled at the same time slot. Overlapping appointments will be displayed in the calendar as such.


Status Display Settings

Each type of status has three display options:

  • Displayed: Shown as a regular appointment, even if its status is terminated, rejected, etc.

  • Not displayed: Hidden from the schedule when in this status.

  • Greyed out: Visible in the schedule but greyed out to indicate its status.

  1. Terminated Appointments

    • Choose how terminated appointments appear on the schedule.

  2. Rejected Appointments

    • Choose how rejected appointments display in the schedule

  3. No Access Appointments

    • For situations where the technician is unable to access the location due to customer unavailability, configure the "No Access Event" display.

  4. Canceled Appointments

    • Choose how canceled appointments are displayed.


Additional Display Options

Schedule View

  1. Choose how technicians are displayed on the schedule:

    1. Columns: Each technician shown in a column.

    2. Rows: Each technician displayed in a row.

Show Past Jobs

  1. Determine how past appointments display on the map diary page.

    1. Show all past appointments: Displays every past appointment.

    2. Show most recent only: Displays only the last appointment.

    3. Show none: Hides all past appointments, focusing only on upcoming events.
