The Opportunities tab serves as a central hub for systematically managing potential sales. It visually represents sales in a pipeline, displaying the stage of each opportunity. This feature enables users to track the progress of sales activities and determine the current status of each deal effortlessly. Users can manage opportunities within the pipeline, view open opportunities with or without proposals, clearly follow the stages, and utilize saved views that consistently retain filters.
View Setting

Apply a view filter
➡️Views
After configuring a view filter in Opportunity views it will appear in the “Views” section. Opportunities will be displayed according to the filters set up, you can select the relevant filter from the list.
Click to collapse views. The chosen icon will display without the name if views are collapsed.
Pipeline name dropdown
➡️ Select the required Pipeline from the dropdown
All available pipelines are displayed.
“Show Archive” Check this option to display archived pipelines, which are hidden by default.
Sales starter plan has one default pipeline available, additional pipelines cannot be added.
Search
➡️ Input ctriteria in the search box > Enter
Search the Opportunity cards to limit results or find a specific query.
You can search by Customer name, Opportunity name, or Opportunity Address.
Filter
➡️ Add filter > Select filter criteria; you can add multiple filters.
Select field: Choose required filter type
Select Condition: Set the action of the filter, typically a positive or negative condition (e.g., Yes or No).
Fill Value: Based on the type and condition, this option will refine further for example by value or date. Not all filters require a value.
Save Changes
➡️ Set Filters > Save Changes; the current filters will apply until you amend the filter or you select a different view.
Save as a new view > Take you to the Opportuity views so you can configure and save it.
Pipeline Stages
Each stage of the pipeline is a column that contains the relevenat opportunities depending on the configuration and one selected in the dropdown
Drag and Drop
Drag the opportuity card along the stages as requried or to mark the opportunity as WON/LOST, drag it to the bottom of the screen and drop it to the appropriate option.
Stage Header
The top of each column displays the name of the Pipeline stage and a number indicating how many opportunities are in that stage per the applied filters. If the salesperson has a photo assigned to their profile, it will be displayed.
Collapse and sort a stage
Click the icon to collapse the stage column
Click the icon to bring up the Sort with, by Value to organise the order of the opportunites within the stage column
Card details
You can click on a card to open the View Opportunities page. Each card displays the customer name, address, and whether a proposal has already been raised. Additionally, it includes the following icons:
Click to create a new Scheduled activity; If the scheduled activity exceeds the alloted time, then the card will turm red.
Indicates the opportunity has a Scheduled activity.
Indicates that the opportunity originated from an existing job as recommended work to be carried out. If accepted, a new job will be created.
