View diary
This article will teach you how to view the diary in different ways. You can view the diary in daily, weekly, two weekly, and monthly views.

Calendar
This article will teach you how to use the calendar to navigate the diary.

Users within diary
This article will teach you how you can view different users on the diary. This is helpful if you have a lot of engineers and you would only like to view a few engineers at a time.

Event icons
This article will teach you what the event icons mean. The icons allow you to quickly see what status a diary event is in e.g accepted, travelling, aborted etc.

Add event
