Sales+ is an add-on module that enhances your ability to manage opportunities and proposals. Understanding the licensing options allows you to grant the correct access levels to your sales team while maintaining flexibility.
Sales+ licensing types
There are two types of Sales+ licenses available for purchase. The license type you select determines the maximum level of access that can be granted to a user.
Sales person license
This license provides full access to the Sales + platform. It is required for any staff member who needs to manage the full sales pipeline, including Sales Managers and Directors.
Access level: Full access (Customer database, Diary, Opportunities, Proposals).
Available terms: Contracted or Monthly rolling.
Sales support license
This license provides limited access to the Sales + platform. It is designed strictly for administrative staff who support the sales team but do not manage their own opportunities.
Access level: Limited access (Restricted view of Diaries and Opportunities).
Available terms: Contracted or Monthly rolling.
Billing terms
Both license types can be purchased on either a contracted or monthly rolling basis.
Contracted
Committed to a 12-month contract, with charges billed monthly.
Commitment: 12 months.
Cancellation: Cannot be deleted and can only be reduced upon contract renewal.
Monthly rolling
Flexible and can be added or removed as needed. Ideal for temporary staff or probationary periods.
Commitment: None.
Billing: Billed monthly.

Sales+ storage allowance
Storage for sales documents, proposals, and attachments is calculated separately from your main Commusoft Jobs allowance. It is allocated per license and pooled across your sales team.
