Commusoft checks whether the work address already exists.
The system looks for an exact match using the following fields:
Address Line 1
Town
Postcode
If all three fields match exactly, the existing address is used.
If any field differs, Commusoft creates a new work address.
An engineer actions the job.
The correct Worcester Bosch form is complete on-site.
Commusoft send the completed For back to Worcester Bosch via the API.
The client creates a consolidated invoice
Commusoft charges jobs based on the time recorded.
Worcester Bosch may apply different charging rules depending on the agreement they have with the client.
Clients should check their agreement with Worcester Bosch.
If the address is edited in either Commusoft or Worcester Bosch, it may no longer match
