Mastering Conversations with Ai:den

Updated over a week ago

Ai:den is here to help—let's make the most of it!

We recently introduced Ai:den, your friendly Ai Agent, and it's already helping clients by answering questions and guiding users through Commusoft features. However, since Ai:den is still learning and evolving, it sometimes misinterprets vague or shorthand requests. This article will help you train your team and yourself! to get the best from Ai:den by communicating clearly and naturally.

🤖 Why Ai:den Might Get It Wrong

Ai:den uses natural language processing to understand your queries. That means:

  • If your request is too short or ambiguous, Ai:den may not have enough context.

  • Using slang, acronyms, or partial phrases (e.g., "parts on order") might confuse it.

  • Ai:den isn’t just a search engine—it’s a conversation partner. The more complete and natural your question, the better the answer.

✅ Good vs. Bad Examples

Let’s look at a few real-world examples to show how to improve conversations with Ai:den.

1. Tracking Part Orders

  • ❌ "parts on order"

  • ✅ "How can an engineer see which parts are on order for their jobs?"

Why? Ai:den needs to know who, what, and when. The improved version tells Ai:den what you're looking for and who it's about.

2. Outlook Integration

  • ❌ "office 365 integration"

  • ✅ "How do I connect my Office 365 account with Commusoft?"

Why? Be direct about what you're trying to do. Ai:den is more likely to give you a setup guide if it knows your goal.

3. Calendar Sharing

  • ❌ "share outlook calendar"

  • ✅ "Can I share my Outlook calendar with my team in Commusoft?"

Why? The clear question includes the app name and your intended action.
