Using the help panel: Contact support, get help from Aiden, and access training

Contact Services, Sales, or Customer Success, get help from Aiden, raise a query, track tickets, and access training via the Help panel.

How to contact us for support, sales, or success queries using the Help panel. It covers how to search the Help centre, get help from Aiden (our AI assistant), raise a new query, check ticket status, and access the Commusoft Academy — all directly from your Profile icon.


What you can access from your Profile Icon

The Profile icon gives you access to key tools and settings — including help, training, and account preferences.

➡️ Commusoft app > Profile icon

From here, you can access:

  • Get support → Opens the Help panel

  • Academy → Launches Commusoft Academy

  • Settings → Manage your user settings and preferences

  • My profile → View or update your user profile details

  • Log out → Sign out of your Commusoft account


Help panel options

When you click Get support, you’ll see the following tabs:

  • Home screen: See our Status board for any downtime or maintenance

  • Search for help: Search articles from our Help Centre

  • Ask a question: Start a conversation with Aiden (our virtual assistant)

  • Tickets: View or follow up on open queries


Search the Help centre

➡️ Profile icon > Get support > Search for help

  1. Click the Search for help bar in the panel.

  2. Type a keyword or question.

  3. Aiden will show suggested articles as you type.

  4. Click a result to open the full article.


Ask Aiden a question

Aiden is Commusoft’s AI assistant. It can instantly answer how-to questions and guide you to Help Centre content.

➡️ Profile icon > Get support > Ask a question

  1. Click Ask a question.

  2. Type your question in your own words — Aiden understands broad or simple phrasing. For example:

    • “How do I change my company logo?”

    • “Can I get a report of completed jobs?”

    • “Where do I update my billing info?”

  3. If Aiden’s first answer doesn’t help, try asking a follow-up — Aiden can handle conversation.

  4. If needed, click Talk to someone to contact our team.

Aiden often solves questions faster than waiting — but a human is always available if needed.


Raise a new query

All new queries start with Aiden to help route your request quickly.

➡️ Profile icon > Get support > Ask a question

  1. Start by asking your question in the Aiden chat.

  2. If Aiden can't help, select Talk to someone.

  3. Choose the topic or describe your issue clearly.

  4. Attach screenshots if needed.

  5. Submit — our support team will follow up shortly.


Check ticket status

Replies here keep everything in one thread with faster response times.

➡️ Profile icon > Get support > Tickets tab

  1. Select the Tickets tab.

  2. Find your open request.

  3. Click to view or reply.

What if I don’t see my ticket?

If your ticket isn’t listed:

  • Make sure you're logged in as the same user who submitted it.

  • Check if a teammate submitted it.

  • If still missing, contact support to help locate it.


💭 Can I reply by email?

Yes — replies via email or Help panel go to the same conversation. We recommend using the Help panel so you can see your history and avoid duplicate tickets. If you do reply via email then our response will come back via email too and will not make the chat pop up.


Access the Commusoft academy

➡️ Profile icon > Academy

The Commusoft Academy includes feature-specific video courses to help your team learn the system at their own pace. Use the Academy to build product confidence and train new team members.

  • Short, focused lessons

  • Covers key features and workflows

  • No separate login needed — you're auto-logged in
