How to contact us for support, sales, or success queries using the Help panel. It covers how to search the Help centre, get help from Ai:den (our Ai assistant), raise a new query, check ticket status, and access the Commusoft Academy — all directly from your Profile icon.
What you can access from your Profile Icon
The Profile icon gives you access to key tools and settings — including help, training, and contact us.

From here, you can access:
Get support → Opens the Help panel
Academy → Launches Commusoft Academy
Settings → Manage your user settings and preferences
My profile → View or update your user profile details
Log out → Sign out of your Commusoft account
Help panel options
When you click Get support, you’ll see the following tabs:
Home screen: See our Status board for any downtime or maintenance
Search for help: Search articles from our Help Centre
Ask a question: Start a conversation with Ai:den our Ai agent)
Messages: Open conversations.
Tickets: Open tickets, queries that need further investigating.
Ask Ai:den a question or Raise a new query
Ai:den is Commusoft’s Ai agent. It can instantly answer how-to questions and guide you to Help Centre content.

Click Ask a question.
Type your question. For example:
“How do I change my company logo?”
“Can I get a report of completed jobs?”
“Where do I update my billing info?”
If AI:den’s first answer doesn’t help, try asking a follow-up — AI:den can handle conversation.
If needed, click Talk to someone to contact our team.
Choose the topic or describe your issue clearly.
Attach screenshots if needed.
Submit — our support team will follow up shortly.
AI:den often solves questions faster than waiting — but a human is always available if needed.
Check ticket status
Replies here keep everything in one thread with faster response times.

Select the Tickets tab.
Find your open request.
Click to view or reply.
What if I don’t see my ticket?
If your ticket isn’t listed:
Make sure you're logged in as the same user who submitted it.
Check if a teammate submitted it.
If still missing, contact support to help locate it.
💭 Can I reply by email?
Yes — replies via email or Help panel go to the same conversation. We recommend using the Help panel so you can see your history and avoid duplicate tickets. If you do reply via email then our response will come back via email too and will not make the chat pop up.

Viewing an Article
If Ai:den suggests an article or you come across one during your search, you can view it in full by scrolling to the bottom of the preview and clicking Open in Help Center. This will open the full article in a new tab for easier reading.
