Updated over a week ago

The new Job Dashboard improves job management by providing a unified view of all job-related statuses in one place. This feature is available exclusively on mobile for engineers/ technicians to manage the statuses of jobs created in the web application. Any updates to the status of assigned jobs will be displayed in the Job Dashboard, along with a detailed timeline. This update enhances user accessibility and simplifies job management.

How to manage the job updates?

  • After a successful job creation and assigned a diary event to a specific engineer, they can view it on their home screen. It also appears in the diary events list.

  • By selecting a specific job, you can access the page shown below, which contains all details related to the created job.

  • You can either accept the job assigned or reject it if you want.

Rejecting a job:

  • The current pipeline stage updated on the web for a particular job will be reflected in the mobile app.

  • If you click on the 'Reject’ a specific job, then the list of pipeline stages associated with that particular job will be displayed on the screen. Not only the ‘Reject’ option, but also selecting on the other negative options such as 'Abort' or 'No Access', you will get the same page.

The pipeline stage at which the job is marked complete is already predefined on the web application.

Also, an engineer/technician has the option to confirm job completion by selecting on 'Leave' at the end of the event. In this case, even if ‘Yes’ or ‘No’ is chosen, the pipeline stages will be displayed. You can change the pipeline status if required.

Following that, the job will be marked as completed and the final invoice will be generated for the job.

Accepting a job:

  • The screen below will be displayed after completing all the processes associated with successful job completion.

  • The invoice also is generated once the job has been completed.

Key Highlights:

  • The pipeline stages can be chosen in any order based on the engineer/technician's needs and the job status.

  • If the engineer skips a stage marked as 'Job Completed,' rule, the job will remain incomplete until that stage is selected.

  • Once the job is closed, the stages cannot be changed on mobile & web.

  • When 'Job Completed' is set for multiple stages, selecting any of these stages will complete the job and trigger a notification.

The job can be closed only when the final invoice is generated or charged freely or aborted.
