Monitor vehicle usage by sending notifications when vehicles are used outside the designated office hours set here to ensure vehicle activity aligns with approved schedules.

➡️ Navigate to your Profile icon > Settings > Fleet management > Vehicle out of hours > View
Set up office/business hours
➡️ Set your out of hours times
Set business days: Select your business operating days.
By default, Monday to Friday will be enabled.
If Holiday is selected, the user's assigned public holiday will apply as business hours.
Add time: Set your operating hours for each day.
Add multiple periods to each day to account for any breaks.

Email notification
Set up email alerts to notify the appropriate recipients when engineers do not meet departure rules.
Who should receive notifications:
Users: Send the notification to the chosen user names only.
Roles: Send the notification to all users on the chosen roles.
Everyone: All users receive the notification.
None: Disable this notification type.
Email template: Select an appropriate email template to use for this notification.
Add new template: Create a new template to use if you have not done so already.
