Clearing your cache ensures that you see the latest updates in Commusoft, as cached data can sometimes cause the software to function improperly or prevent display updates. This process is particularly important when the system has received updates.
We highly recommend using Google Chrome for the best experience with Commusoft.
Quick Cache Clear (Google Chrome)
Open Chrome.
Right-click anywhere on the page and select Inspect or Press the F12 key.
Right-click the reload button (🔄next to the URL bar)
Select Empty Cache and Hard Reload.
Close the Inspect panel by clicking the X in the top-right corner.
Full Cache Clear (Google Chrome)
Open Chrome and click the Menu icon (three dots) in the top-right corner.
Navigate to More tools > Clear browsing data.
Select the Basic and Advanced tabs to choose what to clear.
Select All time to delete everything.
Click Clear data.
Clearing Cache on Safari
Click Safari in the top-left corner.
Go to Preferences > Privacy.
Click Remove All Website Data....
Confirm by clicking Remove Now.
Clearing Cache on Firefox
Go to the History menu and select Clear Recent History.
Press Alt if the menu bar is hidden.
Choose the Time range to clear; select Everything to clear all data.
Click Details and choose which elements to clear.
Click Clear Now.
Clearing Cache on Internet Explorer
Click Tools/Settings > Internet options.
Under Browsing history, click Delete.
Un-check Preserve Favourites website data.
Check Temporary internet files and History.
Click Delete and then OK.
Ensure to exit/quit all browser windows and re-open the browser after clearing the cache.
