The Job Address Reminder Template helps reduce missed appointments by sending timely reminders to customers before scheduled appointments. This feature improves communication, allowing customers to plan their day and reducing instances of ‘No access’ visits. You can set up the template for manual sending or automate reminders, including options for repeat notifications.
View Settings
➡️ Navigate to: Profile Icon > Settings > Schedule and Dispatch > Job Address Reminder Template
Automatically Send Reminders
➡️ Job address reminder > Automatically send
Select Reminder Timing form the dropdown options:

(Disable automatic sending)24 hours before
48 hours before
Night before the job (Sends at 7 pm)
Morning of the job (Sends at 7 am)
Send Repeat Reminders:
Tick/untick to enable or disable repeat reminders.
Disabled: No repeat reminders will be sent, regardless of additional events.
Enabled: Repeat reminders will be sent for jobs with more than one full-day event, including recurring jobs or jobs with multiple engineers on the same day (as the end time is set to 00:00:00 the following day).
Select the preferred notification method from the options on the left.
Add a subject line
Fill in the message in the provided text box for each method.
Use taggingto personalize the message with job-specific details such as customer name, job location, and scheduled times.
Click Save
If using Night before or Morning of options, we recommend not including the Rebooking portal link to avoid late changes to appointments. Use this link in the Job confirmation email template instead.
