Managing your Commusoft licenses

Manage your Commusoft plan details, monitor storage usage, and purchase or remove additional user licenses.

The Licenses settings allow you to view your current Commusoft plan details, monitor data storage usage, and manage user licenses. You can purchase additional contracted, monthly, or daily licenses to suit your business needs, as well as access copies of your signed contracts.


How to access the licenses setting

➡️ Click your Profile icon → Choose Settings → Locate Billing and licensing in the menu → Click View on Licenses

Owner/manager and Financial office staff roles can access Licenses.


Your contract details

The Licenses page provides a comprehensive overview of your contract agreement with Commusoft. This is split into sections for Jobs and Sales, depending on your subscription.

On the left-hand side of the dashboard, you can view:

  • Current plan: The name of your subscription tier (e.g., Customer Journey Plan).

  • Contract dates: The Start date and Expires date of your current term.

  • Data usage: Your current storage usage against your allowance.

To view the legal agreements, click Click to download a PDF copy of your signed contracts in the top right corner.

Note: Your plan comes with a specific storage allowance (e.g., 20GB) per contracted or monthly license. Read more about how your storage allowance is calculated.


Add licenses

You can increase your license count instantly through the licenses page. License costs vary based on your current plan and the license type selected, so full cost details are displayed in the side panel when adding a new license.

  1. Locate the specific license type you wish to add (Contracted, Monthly, or Daily).

  2. Click the Purchase new... link below the relevant progress bar.

  3. Enter the number of licenses you require in the text box.

  4. Review the Contract breakdown and Cost breakdown displayed in the window.

  5. Click Save.

Once saved, a confirmation email is sent to the email address listed in your Company details. You must provide a digital signature via this email to confirm the purchase.

Note

  • Total commitment for contracted licenses is calculated from today until the end of your current contract.

  • Confirmation emails are sent to the email address listed in your company details.

Delete licenses

You can remove non-contracted licenses if they are no longer required.

  1. Click the Delete monthly/daily license link located below the contract list table.

  2. Select the license type you wish to remove:

    • Delete monthly rolling license

    • Delete daily license

  3. Enter the number of licenses you wish to delete.

  4. Click Delete license(s).

Important

  • Contracted licenses cannot be deleted via this screen as they are valid for the duration of your contract term. You will be able to adjust these upon renewal.

  • Licenses cannot be deleted if they are currently assigned to a user. You must delete the user or switch them to a different license type before deleting the license. Read more about how to manage your users.
