The mobile timecard widget allows users to log shifts and breaks, helping office users manage timesheets efficiently. By enabling this feature, you ensure accurate time tracking for payroll, project management, and performance analysis.


View Setting
➡️ Profile Icon > Settings > Users > Enable Timesheets > View


Enabling Mobile Timecards

➡️ Enable Mobile Timecards

  • Check this box to activate the timecard widget for mobile users, allowing them to log their shifts and breaks.

➡️ We Pay Break Times

  • Enable this option if your company pays users during break times, so these hours are included in the total payable hours.

  • Disable this option to exclude break times from the calculated hours.

Ensure you click Save to apply your changes.


Syncing Changes for Mobile Users

  • After changes are saved, mobile users should fully close the app, wait 10 seconds, and reopen it to sync the new settings.


Reviewing Timecard Data

Once enabled, mobile users can start logging their time with the Timecard widget. Office users can then access several reports to review and approve the data:

  • Timesheet Approval: Review submitted timesheets for approval.

  • Daily Timecard Detail: View detailed daily time entries.

  • Summary Timesheet Detail: Get an overview of time logged per user per week.
