Timesheets let your team track their working hours straight from the mobile app. Once enabled, technicians can clock in and out, log breaks, and build up accurate hours you can use for payroll, reporting, and performance tracking. Setup takes two checkboxes.
How to enable timesheets
➡️ Click your Profile icon > Settings > Users > Enable timesheets
This opens the Timesheets setup page.
Check Enable mobile timecard to switch on the timecard widget. Your mobile users can then clock in, clock out, and log breaks from the app.
(Optional) Check We pay break time if your team is paid during breaks. This adds break time to their total payable hours. Leave it unchecked to exclude breaks.
Click Save to apply your changes.
