Adjust the default font size for PDFs to enhance readability or optimize space on documents. This setting lets you customize text size for all PDFs, including job reports, certificates, invoices, credit notes, statements, and letters.


View Setting

➡️ Profile Icon > Settings > Branding > Default PDF Font Size > View


Changing Default PDF Font Size

➡️ Go to Default PDF Font Size

  1. Select the desired font size from the available options

    1. 9, 10, 11, or 12-point font.

  2. Click Save to apply the new font size across all PDF documents.
