Upload logos for certificates

Uploading your company logo for certificates and forms helps maintain professionalism across documentation, reinforcing your brand identity with customers. This logo will be displayed on forms, certificates, and other documents generated in Commusoft, ensuring consistent communication.


View Setting

➡️ Profile Icon > Settings > Branding > Upload Logos for Certificates > View


Uploading Form Logos

You can upload two logo formats to suit different document layouts:

➡️ Square Image

  • Dimensions: 200 x 200 pixels

  • Recommended for portrait-oriented documents.

➡️ Rectangle Image

  • Dimensions: 400 x 200 pixels

  • Recommended for landscape-oriented documents.

  1. Click Browse file or drag and drop your logo images for each format.

  2. Once uploaded, click Save to apply the logos to certificates and forms.


💭 Can I manage multiple business entities or companies within a single Commusoft account?

Commusoft is designed to manage a single business entity within one account. This means you can only configure one primary company logo, one set of company details (address, contact info), and one set of bank details for all financial transactions and documents generated through your Commusoft account.
