Automate follow-ups with prospects to streamline communication before and after raising a proposal. Setting up Email and SMS templates in sequences allows you to leverage automation effectively for customer chasing. Automated sequences save time, ensure consistent communication, and increase follow-up efficiency.


View Setting

➡️ Profile Icon > Settings > Automation > Sequences > View


Add a New Sequence

➡️ Add New Sequence

  1. Complete details in the side panel

  2. Click Save


Setting up a Sequence

➡️ Set up Sequence

  1. Add Blocks

    • Delay Blocks: Set delays between follow-ups > Save

    • Communication Blocks

      • Email: Select an Email template from the drop-down > Save

      • SMS: Select an SMS template from the drop-down > Save

    • Action Blocks

      • Scheduled Activity: Fill out the side panel to add a follow-up action > Save

      • Notification: Complete the notification setup > Save

  2. Design Workflow: Arrange the blocks to build a logical follow-up sequence.

  3. Click Save


Activating a Sequence

➡️ Toggle the switch to Green > Type CONFIRM > Confirm


Sending a Sequence

➡️ Navigate to the Customer or Opportunities dashboard

  1. View the Opportunities record

  2. Click Add Record

  3. Select Send Sequence

  4. Choose a sequence template from the drop-down.

  5. Select Send Sequence To

  6. Click Send


Stopping Sequences

To automatically stop a sequence

➡️ Set up Sequence

  1. Navigate to the Exit Criteria Tab

  2. Click Add New Exit Condition

    • Choose one or more automatic exit conditions:

      • Proposal accepted

      • Proposal rejected

      • Proposal expired or deleted

      • Any incoming communication (call or email)

      • Required media files received through the portal

  3. Once the exit condition is met, the sequence will stop automatically.

To manually Stop a sequence

➡️ Navigate to the Customer or Opportunities dashboard

  1. View the Opportunities record

  2. Select Stop Sequence on the timeline
