Titles

Different cultures and professions have unique titles. This setting allows you to add titles, such as "Dr." or "The Occupier," which respect customer preferences or cater to specific formalities. These titles are used when creating customer records, and dropdowns, and can enhance the customer experience by aligning with their preferred forms of address. We recommend adding "The" as the first title in the list, which can aid in autofill settings for unnamed addresses, leading to "The Occupier" if a surname is left blank.


How to access Titles

➡️ Profile Icon > Settings > Global > Titles > View


Adding a new Title

  1. Click Add Title

  2. Enter the required title in the input field

  3. Click Save


Editing a Title

  1. Click Edit next to the Titles

  2. Update the field as required

  3. Click Save.

Deleting a Title

  1. Click Delete next to the Title.

  2. Type Delete to confirm you wish to permanently remove the Title.

  3. Click Delete to finalise the action.
