The advanced website booking portal allows you to embed a booking button on your website, enabling customers to book jobs directly through an online form. Customers can select the job type, time slot, and add job details, with bookings automatically added to your Commusoft system. This feature streamlines the booking process for both you and your customers.

Setting Up the Advanced Online Booking Portal
➡️ Generate and Embed HTML for Booking Button
Generate HTML: Click Generate HTML to create the booking form code.
Copy Code: Click Copy to save the HTML code to your clipboard.
Embed Button: Use this HTML link to create a booking button on your website, which may involve assistance from a web designer.
Additional Features and Options
➡️ Customer Email Notification
Enable Notification: Go to System Settings > Notification Preferences.
Compose Message: Customize the email message using tagging for customer details.
Save: Click Save to confirm.
Customer Experience
When customers click the booking button, they will be directed to an online form where they can:
Select the job type and time slot.
Enter personal and job-specific details.
Confirm the job price.
Optionally, upload images relevant to the job.
Once submitted, the job will be automatically added to your Commusoft diary, and you will receive a notification.
Dependent Settings
To ensure a seamless booking experience, make sure these settings are configured:
Skills: Set up and assign any skills required for specific job types.
Shifts: Ensure shifts are set up and assigned to users.
Service Windows: Define service windows as needed.
Job Description Templates: Include the correct skills, completion time, and price for each job description.
Important: When setting up job descriptions, enable the option for Appear in Website Integration to make them available in the online booking form.
