This setting allows you to create a job request form for your website, connecting it directly to your Commusoft system. It streamlines the process for customers to request jobs at their convenience and even includes an option to save payment information for later invoicing. Note: This form does not book a specific job; it is only for requesting jobs.
View Setting
➡️ Navigate to Profile Icon > Settings > Self Service > Online Booking Form > View
Set Up the Online Booking Form
➡️ Generate HTML for Booking Form
Generate HTML: Tap Generate HTML to create the booking form code.
Embed HTML: Copy and paste the generated HTML code into your company's website.
Additional Options and Troubleshooting
➡️ Customer Email Notification
Add a subject line.
Fill in the message in the provided text box.
Use taggingto personalize the message.
Click Save.
➡️ Payment Card Settings
Choose Payment Option
Select either Card
Not Required
Store Card But Don’t Charge the Customer.
Click Save.
Removing Access
➡️ Remove Access to Booking Form
Tap Remove Access to Booking Form.
Confirm by typing confirm in the pop-up, then tap Confirm to finalize.
Once access is removed, the code will no longer function on your website.
