Scheduling rules

Control the timeframe for booking service reminders, ensuring no services are scheduled past their due date. This is crucial for time-sensitive services where compliance must be maintained. By applying scheduling rules to specific service reminder templates, you can prevent overdue services from being booked via customer and work address portals. This feature is available on Customer Journey and above, and applies only to service jobs.


View Setting

➡️ Navigate to Profile Icon > Settings > Self Service > Scheduling Rules > View

  1. Select Services That Cannot Be Scheduled Past Their Due Date

    1. Choose the applicable service reminders From the dropdown list.

  2. If the Service is Past Due

    • Let the user schedule any date

    • Display a message and don't allow them to schedule the job

      1. What message should display to the user

  3. Click Save.
