Vendor Parts Undelivered Notifications enable the system to alert you when expected parts have not been delivered. This helps ensure you’re aware of any delays, allowing for proactive management of undelivered items. You can set the notification timing between 1-10 days prior to the expected delivery date and specify the time of day for the email notification.
View Setting
➡️ Navigate to Profile Icon > Settings > Parts Management > Vendor Parts Undelivered Notification > View

➡️ Vendor Parts Undelivered Notification.
Select the notification day (up to 10 days before the expected delivery date).
Choose the notification time within a 24-hour range.
Click Save.
