The Supplier Parts Reminder Email Message allows you to send an automated email to your suppliers the day before parts are due. This feature supports effective stock management and consistent communication with suppliers.
View Setting
➡️ Navigate to Profile Icon > Settings > Suppliers > Supplier Parts Reminder Email Message > View
Setting Up the Supplier Parts Reminder Email

Select the time of day you want the email to be sent.
Add a subject line.
Fill in the message in the provided text box.
Use taggingto personalize the message.
Click Save.
The reminder email will include all parts on the Purchase Order (PO), even if some parts have been partially delivered.
