Accurate recording of payment methods is essential for financial integrity and success. It ensures that financial statements are reliable, maintains compliance with regulations, and enables precise tax reporting. By recording all payment methods currently in use, you facilitate both manual and online payments, covering all required forms of transactions.
View Setting
➡️ Profile icon > Settings > Finance > Payment methods > View
Add a Payment Method
Type the name you want to use for the Payment method.
Click Add payment method.
Editing a Payment method
Click Edit next to the Abort reason
Update the field as required
Click Save.
Deleting a Payment method
Click Delete next to the Payment method.
Type Delete to confirm you wish to permanently remove the Payment method.
Click Delete to finalise the action.
