Grant templates provide a structured approach to managing available funding options, assisting customers in identifying and leveraging grant opportunities. This tool allows you to associate specific grant templates with proposals, enhancing efficiency and grant management. This feature is available on the Growth plan.
View Setting
➡️ Profile Icon > Settings > Finance > Grant Template > View
Adding a Grant Template
➡️ Add New Grant Template.
Complete the Grant Template Form
Grant Name: Enter a descriptive name for this grant template.
Fixed Amount: Choose Yes or No to indicate if the grant has a fixed amount.
If Yes, the Grant Amount will be fixed and unchangeable in the proposal.
If No, the amount can be modified within the proposal.
Deposit Calculation: Select how to calculate the deposit—before or after the grant is applied.
Grant Invoice Creation: Set the timing for invoice creation:
On Job Creation: Invoice generates when the job is scheduled.
On Job Completion: Invoice generates once the job is marked complete.
If the Final Invoice is attempted before job completion, a warning prompts: "Complete the job first to generate the Grant invoice."
Grant Amount: Specify the applicable grant amount.
Invoice Address: Search and select the invoice address.
Invoice Description: Add a description for the invoice.
Invoice Note: Include any additional notes for the invoice.
Nominal Code: Select from the drop-down list.
Business Unit: Choose a business unit.
User Group: Select an applicable user group.
Tax Rate: Choose the tax rate from the drop-down.
Inclusive of Tax: Select Yes or No based on tax inclusion.
Payment Terms: Define the payment terms after job completion.
Click Save
More than one grant template can be included in a proposal.
Once set-up grant templates can be assigned to an Option template and used in building a Proposal.
Manage Grant Templates
Edit Grant Template
➡️ Edit > Amend > Save
Delete Grant Template
➡️ Delete > Type "Delete" > Save
