The Card Payment SCA Challenge Email Template setting in Commusoft allows you to create a template that automatically notifies customers if their payment fails due to Strong Customer Authentication (SCA) requirements. This template can be customized with tagging to provide personalized information.
View Setting
➡️ Navigate to Profile Icon > Settings > Invoices > Card payment SCA challenge email template > View
Card Payment SCA Challenge Message
Select Communication Type:
Choose either Email or SMS based on your preference for notifying customers.
Compose Your Message:
Email: Enter the subject and body of the email, using tagging to personalize details such as customer name, invoice number, and payment amount.
SMS: Enter the SMS body with relevant tags for a concise notification.
Save:
Click Save to confirm.
