Your company may prefer using specific terms for different invoice types that better reflect your internal processes or client-facing language. Commusoft allows you to customise invoice titles so that customers see names aligned with your branding or terminology.

➡️ Profile icon > Settings > Invoicing > Types of Invoices > View
Customise Invoice Titles
On the Types of Invoices page, click Customise invoice titles.
Enter your preferred titles for each invoice type. For example, you might rename "Final Invoice" to "Completion Invoice".
These custom titles will appear only on the PDF sent to customers. The original system names will remain unchanged within the Commusoft interface.
When you're happy with the changes, click Save.
Custom titles help make your documents more familiar and professional to your clients without affecting internal workflows.
