Applying specific charges to various payment methods helps account for additional costs associated with each method. This setting allows you to define these charges as a percentage and assign a nominal code, streamlining your financial tracking and ensuring accurate accounting.


View Setting

➡️ Profile Icon > Settings > Invoicing > Payment Charges > View


Setting Up Payment Charges

➡️ Payment charges

  1. Choose Payment Method

    • Select the payment type you want to apply charges to from the available options:

      • BACS

      • Debit Card

      • Credit Card

      • Cheque

      • Cash

      • Direct Debit

  2. Set Percentage Charge

    • Enter the percentage rate to apply for the selected payment method.

  3. Assign Nominal Code

    • Choose the appropriate Nominal Code for this payment method.

  4. Click Save.
